Readings
What do you need for a birth chart reading?
Your date, time and place of birth. Without a birth time a chart can’t be read; if you don’t know yours, a palm reading needs only photos of your hands. A time known only roughly is fine: Geeta checks what the uncertainty changes in your chart and tells you.
How do I send my palm photos?
On WhatsApp, when you book. The photo guide shows each angle Geeta needs, and checks each photo for light and sharpness on your own phone before you send it.
Which reading should I choose?
Answer a few short questions on the readings page and you’ll be pointed to the reading that fits.
Delivery
How long does a reading take?
Usually three to five days. Geeta writes every reading herself.
How does my reading reach me?
On WhatsApp, written by Geeta herself.
Can I ask questions about my reading?
Yes. Ask your follow-up questions on WhatsApp within 14 days — one round, answered by Geeta.
Privacy of your photos and birth details
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We never sell your information. We never publish your photos, birth details or reading, or use them in our marketing, without your written consent.
What happens to my palm photos afterwards?
We keep your details, photos and readings for 9 months after you book, then delete them, so you don’t have to send everything again for another reading or a follow-up. You can ask us to delete them sooner, at any time, with one message or email, and we will do so within 30 days.
Payments and refunds
How do I pay?
By UPI, from any UPI app: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank’s own app. Book on WhatsApp, Geeta confirms your reading and sends her UPI details, and your booking is confirmed once the payment arrives.
Can I get a refund?
All bookings are final: once a reading has been paid for, it can’t be cancelled or refunded. If your reading isn’t delivered on time, isn’t the reading you booked or can’t be completed, or you were charged twice, Geeta will put it right or refund you in full.
