The readings

Each reading is written personally by Geeta, and what it includes is described on its page. Prices are shown in rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere, and you pay the amount shown when you book. Prices can change, but never for a booking you have already paid for.

Booking and payment

You book on WhatsApp and pay by UPI, from any UPI app, once Geeta has confirmed your reading. A booking is confirmed once your payment has reached us and we have sent you a confirmation.

What we need from you

• Accurate birth details. A reading is only as good as the date, time and place it starts from.
• Clear palm photos, following the photo guide. If a photo can't be read, Geeta will ask for a retake.
• For anyone else's details, such as a partner in a Compatibility reading, their agreement to share them.
• You must be 18 or over, or a parent or guardian booking for your child.

Delivery and follow-up

Your reading is sent on WhatsApp within 3–5 days of Geeta having your details, photos and payment. If you have questions about it, you can ask them on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery, and Geeta will answer them once. See the Delivery policy for more.

What a reading is

A reading is Geeta's interpretation, drawn from Vedic astrology and palmistry, for guidance and reflection. It is not a prediction we can guarantee, and it is not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. Any traditional remedy it mentions, such as a mantra, is optional and is never a cure. Your reading

Your reading is written for you, for your personal use. Please don't publish or resell it. Geeta keeps the copyright in what she writes.

Testimonials

We only publish what a client has written about their reading with that client's consent, word for word, and never alongside their chart or photos.

Gift vouchers

A gift voucher can be used for the reading it names within 12 months of purchase. It is not refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.

Our responsibility

We take care to deliver every reading as described. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any reading is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the website when you book is the one that applies to your booking.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
