Delivery policy

Starline Readings sells written readings only. Nothing is posted or shipped.

• How it arrives: your reading is sent to you on WhatsApp, at the number you gave when booking.
• When: within 3–5 days of Geeta having everything she needs: your birth details, your palm photos where the reading uses them, and your payment.
• If something is missing: the 3–5 days start once it arrives. If a palm photo can't be read, Geeta will ask for a retake.
• If there's a delay: Geeta will message you before the 3–5 days are up and ask whether a new date suits you. If it doesn't, or the reading is late without your agreement, see Refunds and cancellations.
• Follow-up: you can send questions about your reading on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery, and Geeta will answer them once.
• Gift vouchers: sent on WhatsApp or by email straight after payment, ready to print or forward.
